Hi!
You are one of the first to witness a new project begging for collaboration so it can go from a fun Judeo-Christian thinkpiece to being a visual novel I call ‘philosophically debaucherous.’ Let me explain:
Growing up, I had one foot both in paganism and Christianity; I watched my dad use tarot and see ghosts while reading scriptures in different churches with my mom. And for a long time, it was only the pagan part that made sense, because I couldn’t believe in a God (yes, that God) who allows all these terrible things to happen with a passive eye if He was meant to be divine.
For a long time, I picked up many types of study around paganistic or secular beliefs: astrology, tarot, other pantheons like the Yoruba and the Hellenists, and more. These are still integral to how I approach spirituality, but I’ve found a common thread as I finally write the story I want to say, which is about the angels.

In every pantheon (from the first erected in ancient Mesopotamia to our modern-day Christianity), I have found that angels are always there, in many forms, under many names:
Annunaki of ancient Mesopotameia,
Daemons of ancient Greece,
Geniuses of ancient Rome,
Deva of Buddhists and Hinduists alike,
Angels outlive whatever deity or God or gods they serve. Even in our modern, secularist world, where God can be money or A.I. or a celebrity, in all our media, what are we expressing right now?
Supernatural, Lucifer, The Mandela Catalogs, Angels Before Men, Good Omens, Satan and Me, and the thousand+ fanfics you can find on A03.
I say all this because I see the times we are dealing with as a global collective. And I feel angels as the messengers are what we see whether or not there is a God, because angels are the spirits of lives lived many times before.
And now, in a time where we can ask any question we want as we watch our rights be stripped away, I thought I’d have some fun and ask a bunch of questions by dinking around with the multiverse. You know, like writing one big massive Bible fanfic.
Well, all that and some more, but let’s just go have some fun first and play with the angels, first.
